Abstract

|
Inversion of the uterus is a serious postpartum con -plication with a high maternal mortality.
It´s incidence is probaoty frequent than reported in the literatures and many deaths ascribed -to postpartum shook and hemorrhage are undoubtedly due to the . concealed variety of inversion. Authors presented a case of complete puerperal inversion of the uterus with a brief review of literatures.
